Shipping Policy
Our delivery services and charges are listed below. All of our UK Packages are sent out via Royal Mail.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment.
Most UK orders arrive in about one week after fulfillment, while international delivery times depend on destination.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE) - 10 TO 15 WORKING DAYS - £20
EXPRESS INTERTNATIONAL DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE) - 3 TO 4 WORKING DAYS - £45
For international orders, we are not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or duties charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.
Refunds / Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at asrarclo21@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order amount.
We have a 30-day return policy. If you do not contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process a return request.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will review and issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Shipping Provider
If your package is lost in transit or tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at asrarclo21@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days and check with neighbour and your local post office. If your package still has not arrived after 3 business days, please contact us at asrarclo21@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue.
If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address at checkout, we are unable to intervene once the order has been placed. In the event that the package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer may be eligible for a full refund excluding the original shipping fee.
Care Instructions
Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent
Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments.
